How hot does it get — and is it safe to keep on?

Pick from three heat settings. A built-in auto shut-off timer switches it off on its own, so you can relax or even nap without it running all night.

How long does one charge last?

Up to 8 hours of warmth on the low setting (shorter on high). It runs over USB-C, so a power bank, laptop or wall adapter will all keep it going.

Can it go in the washing machine?

Yes. Unplug it and take out the power module first, then wash on a gentle cycle. The heating pads are made to handle repeated washing.

Is it comfortable on the shoulders, or too bulky?

It's a lightweight one-size wrap that drapes over your shoulders and zips at the front — snug and warm without feeling stiff, on the sofa or outdoors.

Do I need to remove the battery to charge it?
